My team
Your weekly projection, who to start each day, and the best free agents to stream. Light nights and open lineup spots are where pickups add the most.
Schedule
Games per team for each matchup week. Teams with four games in a week give you more chances to score. Light nights, when few games are on, are the best days to stream free agents.
League setup
Start from a preset, then adjust anything to match your league exactly. Rankings, values, the draft room and the export all follow these settings.
Your leagues
Every league you set up or import is saved here. Switch any time from here or from the league name at the top of the page. Settings, your team and the draft board are kept separately for each league.
Import from ESPN
Pulls your league's scoring, roster slots, playoff weeks and every team's roster. A new league ID is saved as a new league. Re-importing the same ID refreshes it. Find the league ID in your ESPN league web address after leagueId=.
Private leagues need two values from your ESPN login. On a computer, sign in to ESPN Fantasy, open your browser's developer tools, go to Application (Chrome) or Storage (Safari), then Cookies for espn.com, and copy espn_s2 and SWID. Treat them like a password. They are sent only to ESPN through this site and are not stored unless you tick Remember. A simpler option: ask your league manager to make the league viewable to the public in ESPN's league settings.
Format
Replacement level is the player you could pick up for free once every roster is full. With these settings it is the 31st best player at each position.

Points scoring
Points per stat. Use 0 for anything your league does not score. Rebounds and offensive or defensive rebounds stack if you set both.
Categories
Choose the categories your league counts. Percentages are weighted by attempts, so a high-volume shooter moves the needle more. Turnovers count against you.
Export to Basketball Monster
Season totals from your model in BBM's custom projections format. Upload it on BBM's Import Projections page.

How the model works
Built only from NBA box scores for the last three seasons. Per-minute production is weighted 6 / 3 / 1 by season and by minutes played, blended with league-average play for each position, then adjusted for age. Minutes and games come from each player's recent history. Double-doubles are estimated from projected stat lines. Rookies from the 2026 draft are not included yet because they have no NBA history.
Stats: Basketball-Reference season data via a public dataset, refreshed daily. During the season, this season's games are blended in as they are played. Draft position: ESPN average draft position.
